Edge of the Maures forest discover the world of ostriches
The ostrich farm was established in 1999, is located in Provence, on the edge of the Maures forest, between Pierrefeu and Collobrières, on a property of 12 hectares.
The company is managed by Mr Thierry Leras. Livestock consists of sixty breeding and each year we produce about 400 ostriches for meat marketing and products such as leather,
terrines, rillettes and saucisson.
